Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. However, we also protect against the potential misuse of our refund policy in the following ways:

  • Refunds are granted only if the purchased components have not been extensively copied, or used, indicating genuine dissatisfaction or a change of circumstances by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of significant use, or copying of our components, suggesting that the customer has benefited from our Services.
  • To request a refund, customers must contact our support team at [email protected] within the refund period, providing the purchase details and a valid reason for the refund request.
  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to make the final decision on refund eligibility.
  • Approved refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days, with the refund made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Additional refund criteria

Refund will be granted if:

  • The product has stopped functioning or is not as described and we are unable to provide a resolution.
  • There is a confirmed case of account fraud.

Refund will not be granted if:

  • You initiated a dispute before contacting our support team.
  • You were unable to configure or use the product due to lack of skill.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You decided not to use the product anymore.

Note: For customers in the UK, the refund policy is extended to 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with local consumer protection laws.
